Scrapbooking Charity RetreatWednesday, 22nd July 2009 
On Sunday the 23rd of August, Kellie Lopez and Michelle Dawson from Kaszazz (formerly Crafty Kids) will be holding a scrapbooking day in Penrith, with part of the proceeds going to Cure Our Kids. The event is open to anybody who wishes to partake in a fun day out and learn about the craze that's taken the craft world by storm.
Both Kellie and Michelle are qualified scrapbooking teachers, and will show participants how to make their own personalised scrapbook, which can be treasured as a lifelong keepsake. There will also be a range of Cure Our Kids merchandise available for purchase, as well as a fundraising raffles and a silent auction.
Cure Our Kids was chosen as a charity of choice after Michelle was introduced to the charity through her friend Justine Blackley, whose son Marcus was treated at Westmead.
