To give parents of oncology inpatients some time out and an opportunity to meet other parents, Cure Our Kids offers a range of regular activities. The purpose of these activities is to:
- Provide a forum for parents to exchange information
- Build support networks for families
- Give parents a break
- Increase parents activity while in hospital
- Help parents feel part of the “Oncology Family”
Activities include:
- Craft Groups
- Exercise Classes
- Afternoon Teas
- Ward Dinners
